The RLCI Mission
Resurrection Life Center International is an outreach ministry dedicated to reaching those who hunger and thirst for the reality of our Lord in proclaiming the good news of the Kingdom. Our mission is to exalt the name of the Lord Jesus Christ; and by His grace establish churches and ministries in different parts of the world.

About Dr. William Hinn
Dr. William D. Hinn has been involved in ministry since 1973 and has traveled extensively in the United States and overseas where God has used him to establish many churches, particularly in Latin America. By God’s grace, Pastor Hinn has been used mightily in unveiling the truth of God’s word, prophecy and healing for the edification of the body of Christ. He has abandoned his life to the Lord and to serving His people, and is considered as a Father/Pastor to many pastors.
In 1988 Dr. Hinn established Resurrection Life Center in Orlando, Florida and the Ark of Covenant International Network, a ministry that provides ordination, covering, education and covenantal fellowship to pastors and ministers worldwide. He further expanded the administration of the ministry in March 2000 when he moved to Southern California with his wife and children to establish and serve as the Senior Pastor of Resurrection Life Center International in Tustin, California.
Dr. Hinn is currently working on several books including Born From Above, The Economy of the Kingdom, How The Anointing Flows In Your Life and The Ark of Protection. His teachings on Father and Son Covenant have brought great healing to pastors and their congregations, and ministries have been revolutionized by his teachings on Church Government and the Kingdom of God.
Dr. Hinn earned a Masters Degree in 1992 then graduated in 1996 with a Doctorate Degree, both in Biblical Studies. He later received an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Zoe University in Jacksonville Florida in July 2000, and in October 2003 an earned Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Tabernacle Bible College and Seminary in Tampa, Florida.
The vision of his heart is “That I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death;” “...pressing toward the mark of the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, to the Honor and the Glory of the Father.” (Philippians 3:10)

We believe the government of God is a theocracy, not a democracy, and therefore pastors are appointed by the Holy Ghost, confirmed by apostles and are not elected but received by the people. Because of the position of the senior pastor, he or she must have an apostle, or a pastor of his or her own. Each fellowship should be connected to the whole body of Christ, and not become exclusive but always remain inclusive.
We believe each ministry gift needs other ministry gifts to relate and be accountable to. No one should be alone. We recognize the function of the five-fold ministry or ascension gifts "For the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive." -(Eph. 4:12-14)

This man William Hinn, is a phony and a scam artist. He took everything we had, our life savings went to him. He promised us a return. I promise you Mr. Hinn, with every human fiber in my being, I will get you in the end. This is not a threat, I will get you legally and I will show the Community and the world what you really are. Wow, God has truly blessed Dr. Hinn with the ability to deliver God's Word. Dr. Hinn is also very blessed to have such wonderful sons in the Lord and church family that can support His vision and calling. I have been apart of this ministry my whole life and this video pretty much sums up the last 20 years in about 40 minutes. I am so blessed and honored to be apart of this.
